1. The service
Azitics IMS is invoice management software provided as a subscription at erp.azitics.com. By registering, you agree to these terms on behalf of your company.
2. Trial & subscription
New companies receive a free 3-day trial with full access after email verification. One trial per company; duplicate registrations of the same company (including name variants) are not permitted. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription of Rs 2,000 per month per company, payable in advance. If your subscription lapses, access is paused but your data is retained.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices and tax figures you issue, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for using the service lawfully. Tax presets in the app are provided as a convenience based on published rates. They are not tax advice, and you should confirm treatment with your tax consultant.
4. Your data
Your business data remains yours. We access it only to operate and support the service. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Availability & liability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azitics' liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding three months.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or remain unpaid. You can request a full export of your data before deletion.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and pricing with notice via email or in-app announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
