What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, company information, NTN/STRN), and the business data you enter into Azitics IMS: clients, invoices, payments, and related records. We collect standard technical logs (IP address, browser) for security.
How we use it
Solely to provide the service: generating your invoices, sending emails you trigger (invoice delivery, reminders, password resets), and operating your subscription. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your business data belongs to you
Your clients and invoices are yours. Each company's data is isolated from every other company on the platform. You can export your invoices to CSV at any time.
Storage & security
Data is stored on secured hosting with encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed and are never visible to us. Access to production systems is limited to Azitics administrators.
Emails
We send transactional emails only (invoices, reminders, password resets, verification, account notices). We don't send marketing emails without your consent.
Data retention & deletion
If your subscription lapses, your data is retained so you can resume. To permanently delete your account and all data, contact us and we'll complete deletion within 30 days.
